TRAINING WORKSHOPS & MANAGEMENT COACHING

We run a wide variety of Training Workshops for Managers.

Our in-company training workshops are customised and designed to meet the needs of the individual Managers and their organisation.

The learning methods used in the workshops are highly interactive and participative. Using exercises; group activities; role plays; group discussions; and review and feedback; to practice and refine the use of the skills and methods covered in the workshops.

For certain workshops, such as, Effective Presentation Skills, videotaping of the practising of the skills with feedback using the videotape is carried out.

Each in-company workshop can be run for 2 to 12 people.

MANAGING REDUNDANCY WORKSHOP

Irrespective of the size of your organisation, employers are still expected to take certain steps to ensure a fair redundancy dismissal. Although redundancies are a fact of working life, it is still a difficult area for both employer and employee. Therefore, the employer needs to follow the correct procedures and minimise the disruption to the business.

This one-day workshop will help managers who will be undertaking the implementation of a redundancy programme to manage it in the best way possible.
